NITE seemed to falter a few times, and was temporarily pulled down as soon as it reached 60 1/2. oilbabe, FWIW, NITE appears to have been struggling with the 50 day moving average. Whether this was from technical selling or insider selling I don't know. Yesterday's close was on the line and a close above 61 today, which seems likely, puts that issue behind us. However, should profit taking make for a lower close today then we've got a problem. Kip (I know many folks don't make much of the 50 DMA but Gary Smith of TSC had a nice piece on it on Monday. thestreet.com
