Jim,
I actually got some NXL filled on my open order to buy at 18-1/16 while I was out of town. Company has a pretty good track record, and was trading at more than 20 x FFO in 1993. I like NXL now, trading at less than 9 x FFO a lot more than when it was a darling back then. I am just looking to trade most REITs for the time being, so I will sell some around 19 and most around 20, maybe keeping 10-20%. For the investor, I think this is a keeper near 18, but I'm not patient enough to wait 1-20 months for some appreciation.
