"...speak of people like Bill Gates as if they are vermen..."

Well actually, if there is such a thing as an antiChrist, I think that Bill Gates is about as close as we've gotten yet. I sincerely believe that Gates personifies much of what is evil in the world today. He has never produced anything himself, but has rather stolen what he could and bought what he couldn't steal, then set up his entire company so that we must buy his products, not by choice, but by necessity. He arguably has the worst os on the market, but has put all of his effort not into improving it, but into strongarming the industry into using it as the standard. He has set his personal quest for money and power before the good of his customers and the good of the industry. We all know that every time a new chip comes out, a new Windows comes out that hogs enough of the memory that ultimately the faster chip is no faster. Additionally each new version of Windows is set up to be incompatible with the previous one so that we have to go buy new versions of all of our programs (all of which pay a licensing fee to Microsoft), or if we go buy a new program it's incompatible with the older Windows, so we have to go buy the new Windows. He's built up an entire system not on quality or affordability, but on coercion and theft. He is simply and utterly evil.

FWIW.
