Joe, I think we are done on this one. You might recall there was a list of individuals in the SEC filings that were named as officers of Select Shopper. One was Gil Carolino. Mr. Carolino also works at Coastal Computers in VA. I found the phone number for Coastal and called there this morning and did talk to Mr. Carolino. He claims he is not an officer and never was an officer of AGRS. He says he was hired to do the Website but was taken off of it and Doug Stone was then retained to do it. Since that time the President of Select Shopper, Terry, has died. His wife Sheila, who is also listed as an officer, is now working out Terry's estate. As far as Select Shopper he does not know what will happen to it in the future but he does not think much is going on with it right now. He says he does not have any further information on it as he lost interest in it when he was replaced. Looks bleak. Jeff
