I know of no COVD link to WSTL, they just beefed up the DSL biz with the Mindspring deal. It will revitalize the effort for DSL deployment ASAP. Supercomm kind of dulled the group, I think.

In fact the only COVD link I heard of was with Pairgain for the Chicago market. I hope that true becuz I have more at risk with PAIR. WSTL and ADSL = BEL and that is all. The portal represents a real opportunity for next year if it catches on.
