Jon....I saw some "teases" for a report about 2 weeks ago that questioned the cell phone - cancer link....but I didn't get to see the stories. The report aired sometime this past month (June), but it doesn't appear to be slowing down CDMA or cell phone growth. I don't believe that the earlier report was attempting to trash the Q - but rather dredge up the same ole' stuff about cellular links to brain tumors, etc. Today's/yesterdays (whenever it aired in your area) was really a great "promo" for QCOM....as a shareholder, I was REALLY glad to see something that didn't have NOK or MOT splashed all over it.....with national exposure like this, the Q can only become easier to recognize by look and name!
