If the design is finalized, field tests are over and production not planed until 4th quarter, what is happening at Pyng now? It seems to me this device has been around for years with no hint at any orders in sight. Doctors are usually investing in promising medical startups and I have seen no hint of this, just a speculative bubble and burst 1 year ago. I have read the endorsements on the Pyng website but a pat on the back does not replace market orders. This product seemed like a no brainer when I started following it, now it seems I have no brains for believing this story or management lacks the talent to promote the product to the medical community. Management has a lot of shares and worthless options and I am sure they are more frustrated than I am, but not much seems to have been accomplished in promoting this promising device. The big question on my mind is Pyng going to go into production with out orders or are the orders it has received to meager to announce?

I would like to hear more from M. Jacobs or another company spokesperson on several counts. Specifically,I'd like to hear comments on the following points:

1. Has Pyng gathered information on the regulations in various states and what efforts and time interval can be expected to win state-by-state approval?

2. How long can Pyng go without raising further capital if initial orders are modest? Or to put it another way, how much will gearing up for mass production add to costs?

3. Does Pyng have any plans to create a new web site so that potential users and researchers can chat, post re their experience with FAST1, read about studies and journal articles in progress, etc?
