Art,

Perhaps you should alert PR at SanDisk so they can initiate a SanDisk press release. This same thing happened with the last HP release.

Also, I wanted to counter an opinion you offered here a few months back regarding stock repurchasing. I believe you told me that repurchasing and retiring stock was not necessarily a good means to increase shareholder value. I offered that retiring of the stock is not the only destination of repurchased shares.

Thus, repurchasing to fund a stock option plan is a viable alternative. I feel that the SNDK management blew it last fall by not capitalizing on a clearly depressed share price, then asking shareholders to ratify three new options projects this year.

Although execution by management has been excellent, it has not been without slip-ups.
