Yikes!
My quotes are all out of line and noone else seems to be posting about it.

My charts and Time&Sales appear to be delayed while the Level2 is real time.

I just called quote.com customer support and was amazed how clueless they were. I sat there and had them tell me that having the L2 and bid ask be 152 7/8x153 and the Time&Sales & Charts at 154 1/2 "seemed ok"! He saw the exact same thing as me and didnt even see that it was a problem!

Anyone else getting this? I cant decide yet if it is specific to only a few stocks.
Eric

Chris, I realize you probably have your hands full with other problems the last couple days, but please tell me you and Gibbons are not avoiding my questions on options issues. I have even put my wallet on the table and offered more money...what else can I do?

Thanks,

sf

Chris, Thank you! It works.

Placing spaces between every character did the trick,
i.e. spy - ( spx / 10 )

Hi Chris:

QCharts is a great product ... the best ... but right now it is mis-reporting the SPU_9 and the ESU_9 (the S&P Futures Contracts) by at least 10 handles on the charts (but not on the Time & Sales). It is doing this on every feed that I can check. While the actual market, for example, is 1390.50, the charts are showing 1381.00 ... very strange.

I am a Q-charts user. Does anyone know how to
draw trend lines on indicators such as RSI and
on balance volume.

Hi Chris:

Right now, you are showing last friday's SPU_9 session as a "short" day .... it was not. It was a full day of trading and the fact that QCharts has eliminated the final 4+ hours makes TA almost impossible. I hope everyone at Quote.com enjoyed the 4th, and I hope they can now go back to work and get it right. Because it is hurting traders who rely on the integrity of your system. Please. Wake someone up. That sort of error is not very comforting to people who rely on your data for their analysis.

Come ON Chris ... Gibbons ... this is just a complete disaster! Get your stuff working or you are going to loss a lot of customers who have learned to trust your organization. At least have the decency to get someone on here from QCharts to tell us WHY the data feeds are so messed up. We deserve THAT much!!!!
