I dont make threats about somebody paying. $12,000.00 would not cover your attorneys cost. If you have something where your attorney can make $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 on a most likely or sure to win deal - then you have something. This is JMO - and what do I know? Like I said I am dumber than wood. Assuming you'll be as successful at collecting as you are at loosing...please let us know who pays and when. Lazarus
