Here's a clue about "insider" selling. Selling NITE apparently allowed E*Trade to show a profit. Maybe other on-line broker/NITE owners are also trying to protect their share prices this way.

Well, Naz is positive - NITE is in the negative. Something is ailing this stock, and I think it is too many shares coming on market. The selling pressure is relentless - seems like an endless supply of shares. Longer term, I'm sure this stock will do great, but in the meantime, why sit in it when there are stocks out there that are solidly climbing, while NITE is down...

I'm keeping my original shares I got in the low 40s, but I sold my trading shares, and I'm trading some more profitable stocks.
