often it is difficult to 'see' a trend change, and discover the reason for it. DIR fell, in sympathy ... due to Greenspan talks (and cnbc also,) of rate increase worry's ... and blah blah blah ... over the last several weeks his speech yesterday was the catalyst to change the fundamental trading of financials. They were down on 'worry', now the worry is alleviated, and financials can start to go back up. This mornings 'dip' was simple profit taking (by the daytraders) on yesterdays large run-ups, these stocks did yesterday I have a tentative target of 31, very short term (1 week) and a longer term target of 42 over the next few months.
