NASDAQ a bout a year and a half ago implemented a whole new set of rules geared at getting headlines away from the better known NYSE...and after the hand slap the SEC gave them about Collusion thgese rule changes made the the biggest firms all powerful...they could destroy small firms with a single click of a button....The slant towards tghe Big Firmsd and the freeing up of capital enabled Bug firms to basivally set prices anywhere they want,,

This has enabled the NASD to seea market that only goes up and crshes insted of declines...It also doesnt investigate obvious fraud and crimanl activity ..it just ignores it
