Too many have fled the 3Com ship to blame it on that Moony. It sure is an indicator of some other problems. 3Com has had some of the best minds available at their disposal...and they all tend to leave. The stock option get rich thing can be avoided by a simple contract writing class. It's pretty basic to get something in return for those options other than an Adios, Aloha, Sayonara or see ya later sucker.
