Johnny, Randy is the one who owned the stock. My understanding is he did sell it at $1 or more. When it came to signing the BK papers for TMM back in '94 Randy had declared BK himself a few years back so to guarantee it Katherine signed. Also it was in a family trust at that time. It does get confusing and I don't remember all the details. Larry PS, yes the beta site is nice but I have not posted from it yet. I have noticed that your posts show up twice. You might want to report that.
