Ivy Signs Agreement with Sense Technologies Inc.

Business Editors

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1999--Eutro Group Holding
Inc. (Eutro) (OTC BB:EUTO) and Ivy Entertainment.Com Inc. (Ivy)
announced Thursday through a joint release that Ivy has entered into a
distribution agreement with Sense Technologies Inc. (OTC:NQB) (Pink
Sheets:CTSMD) a leading provider of Biometric Authentication Systems.
Sense announced in March of this year, they had begun production
of the CheckPoint T/A (time and attendance) biometric enhanced
authentication system. In essence, the CheckPoint T/A System uses
fingerprint imaging to authenticate employees and their hours at work.
With CheckPoint T/A, employers raise productivity and cut losses by
eliminating buddy punching, early punches, long breaks, unauthorized
access and overtime.
Sense also is involved in other fingerprint based authentication
systems for banking and finance, food preparation, gaming, hotel,
insurance, manufacturing, restaurant, retail and travel industries.
For additional information about Sense Technologies Inc. go to their
web site at www.senseme.com.
Ivy plans to incorporate these various systems in their future
endeavors for security measures as well as convenience. Ivy looks to
place approximately 100 units by the end of the year at 2 to 3 units
per facility nationally and internationally.
Ivy also has the right to distribute Sense Technologies Inc.'s
full line of products to other companies.
This agreement is yet another that allows Ivy to proceed in the
direction of developing a diversified entertainment conglomerate.
Future agreements in the nightclub, restaurant, resort and travel
industries remain the focus of Ivy Entertainment.Com Inc.

No assurances can be given that Ivy will be able to place 100
units. The Private Securities Reform Act of 1995 provides a "safe
harbor" for forward-looking statements. Certain information included
in this press release (as well as information included in oral

looking information involves important risks and uncertainties that
