Their late filings and then preparing to sue does seem a bit unusual. Heck Janice welcome to the world of innuendo (cyberspace)people can mount an attack based on speculation and even color anything whatever they want to in a twisted scenario.

I am watching as this takes shape ... I really hate this is all happening to you. I followed your post and you are extremely deliberate with what you post. Most I was able to verify on some that I was thinking of getting into.

Wonder if they will get their filings current now since they filed the 8K.

Janice - AWLT pulled the same sh*t with William Perdue when he did a write up on them. And that punk kid Matty was insinuating lawsuits against others [namely me] who were naysaying their company and stock.

Company never did file the lawsuit against William [to my knowledge] -- they did file for bankruptcy though ..lol.

First thing any smart attorney would ask one of these companies that intends to go after the naysayers is: are you squeeky clean? A smart naysayer can open up a company and tear them a new asshole.
