The new WebStation may look sexy and all powerful, but it does not impress me. Fidelity has done nothing to address its growing execution problem, which is far more important than getting a new sexy look. I don't think the complaints made by active traders like me are getting through to the management at Fido. Seven minutes for a market order execution is something that they should be really ashamed of. Moreover, not willing to do anything about it shows how much they value their individual clients.
