Charles,

Thats pretty funny. My own idea was to just put a fence
up around the place and let em slug it out for a while.
In fact, that was the Bush Doctrine. He engineered an
economic embargo to Yugoslavia and a weapons embargo. The
idea was that perhaps they would just burn themselves out
after a while. Interesting that after Clinton took over,
he took a proactive position and began arming the guys
he like (Croatia and the Bosnian Muslims). Basically, he
poured gas on the fire. This is something that history
has shown again and again, that if foreign power interfere
in small ethnic wars it tends to:

1) Make them last longer.

2) Make them even more bloody.

This once again shows me that Clinton is running the
foreign policy of this nation by CNN cameras and opinion
polls, and not with any sound understanding.
