Looks like just a matter of time.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY: The U.S. Federal Reserve decided to raise the federal funds rate by 0.25%, while
leaving the discount rate unchanged, and adopting a neutral bias instead of its previous tightening bias. This means
that the Fed is being quite tame in its inflation-fighting effort, which is certain to lead to increased inflation over the
next few years. With momentum readings for gold turning positive and short sellers moving close to key chart bailout
points, at the same time that commodities are showing critical bullish signs (see more on commodities below), gold is
set for a major upward price spike.

NOT BAD FOR A DEAD INVESTMENT: The XAU rose by more than 18% from March 30 to June 30. To those
who ask me why I keep recommending purchase of these shares before rather than after gold has confirmed a
bottom: observe that historically it is almost always significantly more expensive to purchase them on the upswing at
the identical price for the yellow metal. In general, the equity market rewards those who get in early and get out
early; this is one of the rare points on which gold share and internet share traders would agree!

I got my start in this one in the early 70's.

and never have been sorry yet.

happy dreams.

p s. your 10 might be very low. if the reality changes.

Paul would be proud of us, loyal supporters of AEM at a 20 year low in gold.
Do you have the book, he sent stockholders.?

'Silver threads among the gold " it is a great read.!!!

Yogi,
securitytrader.com, a highly regarded chart and analysis site, has added AEM to its long term buys. Because of billing changes they no longer offer a free trial but I believe they have a seven day trial for $1.95. Go to the "trading room" and then scroll down to the turtle at the bottom of the page under "long term". A real nice long term target you and Robert would really love to see!

Now I am one who hates it when folks hype a website on Yahoo etc much less here on SI, but I am a very happy paying customer for a long time. Also, they got their start here on SI, it kind of grew out of the old PPP picks thread and I have been with them ever since. It is the best charting analysis site I have seen and I use it daily to check my own TA.

Also, AEM was one of my suggestions to them for a chart study, though they put it to long term on their own and FGI and UFAB were some suggestions of mine they used in their long term section.
BTW, just in case you were concerned, they don't take all my suggestions <VBG>.

How's the Blonde Boss treating you<ggg>?
