BB; There are a lot of good TA cases for the bull, and indeed we
could push higher , but the FA says if we do we will pay big
time when it does turn down.
It's true the VIX could get lower , and the EPS to Interest rates
could get worse, ( they haven't been this bad since 87 )
3 things can happen
Interest rates have to come down, or the market has to come
down, or earnings have to go up.
-------------
The TA looks sooo good it's sucking in every dollar there is from
the Money Markets..and it's all going to Mo Mo stocks right now
Advancers just did beat the Recliners , and with this kind of
up volume I would expect a lot more advancers, the new highs
do look good but they are not many "new stocks" doing that as
much as just the new highs of yesterday adding more gains,
The volume is looking better, and being short is not a good
idea but you can bet I'm sitting on ready to go short.
--------------

No inflation ? well you can't have rising oil prices and lumber
and copper and other basic materials that inflation don't soon
follow. Higher rates don't just attract money, they make every
company that works off short term debt while they wait on
"receivables" pay more..& that equates to less profit margin.
Any way Who is going to buy all the goods ? They done put all their
money in the market. <G>
----------------
I want to buy another new 500k home ( or more ), but I want the
125% mortgage and no money down . I'll worry about paying for
the home latter with the extra 25% I'll be able to
put in the market all of it in UOPIX leveraged 2x, and on
margin. Let the good times roll.

BB; Looks mixed this morn, I see some volatility but no clear move
at least no one I want to bet on, some upside bias but not a lot
and profit taking over the long weekend could undo that.
If she does gain or hold I think it says we have legs
at least short term.
