We have heard talk that Ancor might have a secondary offering later this year. Does anyone know if Brocade is allowed to have a secondary so close to their initial offering? Would it sour relationships with the street?

With the price now so much higher than when they came public, a 2 million share offering would bring in very big bucks for them. It must be tempting, therefore I'm guessing that there is a reason why they can't/won't. Anyone more familiar with securities law or underwriters care to educate me?

TIA,
Greg
