Diogeron, you recall correctly. Didn't make any sense to bail out of CPPKY at the point JD said to. Apparently, he just wanted to get it off his list so non-holders of CPPKY wouldn't know about it.

Fortunately, I got out of all JD's Asian recommendations when the HK market started down, except CPPKY and the Fletcher companies. I guess that I can claim to be half-smart. If I had sold them all then, I would have been smart. Could have picked up some bargains a few months later.

Do you--or anyone else here--have an opinion on Banco Santander (STD), which is presently trading in the $10.50 to $10.75 range? I bought it on JD's recommendation 2 years and it has done middling well, but for months now has not moved much at all. Is JD still bullish on this one?
