It also depends on what kind of news IDTC releases over the next few weeks. After the IPO, IDTC will own about 58-60% of NTOP. The question is what percentage of that ownership will be reflected in IDTC's stock price. If there is indeed a large pre-IPO run up, I suspect a lot of shorters will come in near the top.
