Right you are about BNBN, altho it was the exception rather than the rule. Of course BKS has a considerably higher market cap than IDTC and would be likely to move less. Not all parent companies participate in a pre-IPO run up, but many do.

Yes, it is likely that some of the run up from 12 was at least partly in anticipation of the IPO combined with the Softbank news. Still, after a 50% correction from the highs and AOL and GE as additional partners, one would expect something more going into the IPO.

I agree that we should be seeing more buying from the roadshow. Today's sell off from 23 in a rising Nasdaq market was not encouraging, but it was on quite low volume. We need some more buyers. I still believe IDTC must have something up its sleeve. And the underwriters should be helping out as well.

Like I said, if we don't close next week at 25-26, I will be concerned.
