DR. EDWARDS:

History shows that the "initial" loser in a reverse split is the existing shareholder base. If this holds true, "we" should see up to a 20% loss immediately (unless there is some Centennial hold-back of earth shattering promo information lurking).

All responsible public companies normally do "dog and pony shows" to excite the professional market and to gain support for the listing -- no matter where the company is traded. A significant measure of any company promotion is the Projected Revenues & Earnings figures. Seen any from Centennial lately? I haven't seen any for two years!!! Did I miss them somewhere?

And last but not least, the actual sequence of events on the Centennial Proxy:

--------------------------------------------------------
!!!!! FIRST THE REVERSE SPLIT (8 to 1)

***** NEXT

!!!!! WE AWARD CENTENNIAL MANAGEMENT WITH 500,000 SHARES
--------------------------------------------------------

Anyone calculated the economic difference to "us" between 500,000 shares to Management before the reverse --- compared to 500,000 shares to Management after the reverse????

Now that's a real liquidity hit to me!

Regards,
