Yes they pulled all those surveys out of the hat last November too for the Ca elections... the republicans were shocked shocked that they were pulverized. I don't believe them... but its irrelevant because the majority opinion isn't really meaningful to me anyway. There is a huge voting bloc of elderly women for example and since they lived with anti-choice laws when they were younger I would imagine they would be more willing to vote for it. If you told me that 53% of women CEOs were pro-life or working women, etc. then that would mean something to me. It is totally, completely unaceptable to me to force an adult single woman (who likely has significant career obligations) to bring an unwanted pregnancy to term. Its like the dark ages or something.
