Hey, i was on that list.... if you don't sell, one has to re file to sell. Period. If you do sell, you sell. If you sell part of the declarred you sell part of the whole that was declarred. If in that case, want to keep your options open, as in my case, I was on the list twice after 90 days passed. If one doesn't re file or does, it is a choice. To hold part while hyping the stock is ethical, in my opinion, a position no matter how changed, is ..a position. Profit is good, fear and greed are ugly. OK, I'll give you one; me and C.L. are possibly ugly, but we filed as to the requirement of the law.
Chucka
P.S.- We spent 50 cents a share and ir was dead money for 2 full years plus:
<<..bought a stock at $0.50 and had it go up by a factor of 4 where you could sell some stock, collect profit and convert warrants, wouldn't you do so? Being an advocate doesn't mean being stupid..>>
P.P.S.- I was stupid and ugly, but I complied. SEC DISCLOSURE- Nothing atall need be disclosed, MGAU. Except the Chucamongo Drill, in storage.

Mark, he would still have stock, also stock from converted warrants. I have been very positive about some of my stocks, but even then still sell some stock to recover initial investment as they appreciate, that's just good investing. I have lots of stocks I sold that I am still positive about, I can't own everything. We each have different investment styles. This isn't like marriage, we can play around. Why are you so hung up about this?
