Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Heavenly Father, we ache so to be with You. To not look and see the carnage we do to each other and this earth You have given us. We hurt so for our young ones and what they are faced with. Give them strength to resist the evil they face each day and help them know the love that only You can give. Be with Austin Lord. Comfort him. Comfort those around him, and if it be Your will, heal him. We know the terrible hurt the doctors words must have made on his family, but we also believe in Your love and power. It's hard for us to see Your will in many things we are faced with, but we also understand the TREMENDOUS love, peace, and joy it will be to be with You. Still, it's hard. Again we ask, please heal him. Give those dealing with Austin a real jolt. Let them see Your power over even this seemingly hopeless situation. And as a result of his healing, let at least one come to believe in Your love. We ask this in Your name. Amen

Dear Gregor: I share your horror at the thoughts of this child dying. I pray that it not happen: Father, I humbly hold Austin up to you and pray that you would give us a miracle and spare this child's life. I pray in the name of the great physician, Jesus Christ, who Himself healed children. Father, I join in all the others who are undoubtedly now holding Austin up in prayer and believe that your will is to heal him. Please, Father, heal Austin in the name of all that is Holy. Amen.
