That would certainly be the case, but I doubt it would ever make it to court. There might be a need for a vote. But it still doesn't matter. It's all about "what the market will pay", and since SGI hasn't made money in a LONG time it doesn't seem to matter. The best thing that could happen to SGI and us long-term losers LOL!!! would be for SGI to report much better than expected earnings or less losses, get a lot of press and bring out the DAY TRADERS to maybe run up the price for a few days...
