If they keep this up, they may have to give up on assassinated presidents and just do dead ones.

How about widening your scope to President's who died in office --
that gives you FDR and Tyler, or even broader Presidents who didn't finish their term --- Nixon, or Presidents who were brain dead when they left office Wilson and Reagan.
