good article but there is one error, I believe.

Goldman Sachs bought a 22% stake in Wit in a deal announced on Mar. 29. Post-IPO, it owns about 13% of the firm.

Prior to the IPO GS owned 16% not 22%. Their current stake of 13% is the post IPO dilution from 16%. They had and still have warrants that are exercisable into additional shares. If exercised they could raise their stake to @18%, I believe.
