Colin - Pretty good, it only took you 26 hours on that one.
After reading the 10-K, it appears to me that DCI is not making very
much out of the expected $4 per share value of DCI to IXC. $17
million or whatever would be a heckuva lot more "pink sheet" ~$1
shares than OTC $4 shares. I wonder if IXC takes this matter as
lightly as DCI seems to? IMO only (as always)............V

Followup:
If you were IXC, how would you feel if the 3.75 million shares of
DCI in settlement of the $15.76 million note + 500k add'l shares given to
arrive at a projected 6/1/99 value of $17.6 million only arrived at
an actual value of approx $4.5 million?
I am only a humble small investor, but it doesn't look especially
promising to me. Does anyone have a more enlightened take on this
situation found in NOTE 4 of the 10-K? IMO, this is QUITE, QUITE
major..................V
