Thanks for the reply, John. I'm used to a well planned, knock-their-socks-off marketing program to roll out a new product or service. I trust it's in the works; I would be extremely surprised (shocked) if it isn't. The comments about answers to early inquiries is concerning and too reminiscent of Irid's fiasco. Even if it isn't time yet for the drums and fireworks (and, granted, it is not yet time for the "big event"), the response to initial inquiries should already be well thought out; agreed? Marketing can not be overstressed; IMO. Best. ...Tim
