from WSJ> On July 6, Frank Russell Co., the Tacoma, Wash., concern that published the Russell 2000 and other indexes, will release the final version of its reconstituted Russell 2000. Preliminary versions of the revamped indexes have already been released, and index funds and portfolio managers that track the Russell 2000 have started to adjust their holdings to conform with the new alignment.
