Thanks, Bill, for elucidating. For my part, I would seriously doubt that CC will participate in future financing on a convertible, much less a 'floorless' convertible financing. I would guess that we will ultimately find out not only that the institutional investor which bought the $ 3.0 mm shares block at a modest discount to the market will participate, along with others of like mind, to meet any short term cash requirements until a meaningful purchase order is obtained.
