On the other hand, I have seen a couple of Orbs at the CompUSA on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. That was about a month ago.

They do exist, although not all are in the hands of happy customers, as evidenced by posts on usenet groups. It appears that some of the customers are having problems with the media developing bad blocks after a very short period of use.

Fry's has signed up to sell it. I think Fry's just has some delay internally to get the product in their system and on the shelf. Go to CompUSA if you want to see if it is "real" or not.
