Joseph, I am so stick and tired of hearing how great the past performance of this stock has been. I know as I did not buy Dell just yesterday. You say that when the music stops you do not want to be left without a chair or better yet when the wind stops blowing behind you is it not time to change the direction of your sail?? I have a problem with any ceo selling shares in their company when the stock is falling or not appreciating. Hey this is a personal thing with me and so I decided to do like Michael sell some of my shares. I think it is time for now to change the direction of my investment approach which does not entirely include Dell. The Nasdaq has advance 200 points since February 1 and the share price of Dell is down.

Best Wishes
Frank
