Snake:

this is my view on the earnings estimate
being revised downward, if it is true, i
see that as positive as long as the meet or
beat the expectation.

really, at this point, if am right, i believe
Oppenheimer is putting their clients in the
stock in preparation for some sort of recommendation
they will make in the future. this stock is
not widely followed, so Oppenheimer will be their
first "real" coverage.

if you look at this logically, it is obvious that
Oppenheimer has been accumulating. they have
been taking in a load of shares. i really dont
think they would be putting their clients in this
stock unless they were pretty sure it was about
to break out to the upside.

i believe that a recommendation is forthcoming and
it aint going to matter what happens with earnings
this quarter. Oppenheimer will be focusing further
down the road than this quarter.

i seriously doubt that your continuous postings are
going to scare anybody out of their stock. if my
analysis of the situation is correct, you are on the
wrong side fighting a force that has infinitely more
capital than you do. as people have said here before,
dont fight the tape. i was very encouraged by the
action today and am expecting a 52 week high within
the next week. when that happens, obviously there is
no resistance and the stock is capable of printing
$12 sometime soon.

EDIT:

what particularly makes the short side of the
equation even more dangerous is the fact that
you can wake up to news of an Oppenheimer recommendation
only to see the stock gap up and never return to
this level
