Are you kidding?

The company just sold 1.8 million shares at $8.49 a share, plus an additional 1.25million warrants.

This is a horrible way to finance your company and will cause the stock to fall. The dilution will be high especially if the stock falls through the predetermined price of $8.71 per share.

tomorrow expect the stock to fall to $8.50. it could go further as they start to hedge for the additional warrants that could come out if the price is not $8.71 per share.
