I was being more pragmatic in my question. What would each sign cost--a couple hundred daughters?--how many schools are in the US. That could be a lot of money? And would this really help students turn out to be better people. Perhaps we should have a study first: randomly expose people to signs with the ten commandments on them and see if their behaviour changes. Of perhaps put up signs with the decalogue in random neighborhoods and see if crime rates fall. Or in stores to see if shoplifting diminishes. (The possibilities are endless!)
