Don, I don't see any promoters, paid or otherwise here.

If you think it is purposeful to ask questions of those who have no idea about this company, go ahead.

You might also ask DCTC questions to the brick wall at the local school yard and your canary while you're at it! While you may not get a great answer from them, it certainly wouldn't be any less accurate than anything you'll get here.
