NO GROWTH ??? Q2 Earnings: Nothing to worry about, revenue is coming in Q3. What has happened is that a sizeable project, for which Riley had crews and equipment ready to go, started a few weeks later than expected. To be honest I give a piece of S*** on this earnings estimate cut. Revenue will be booked in Q3 What gives ??. For me the outlook of this company is much more important than 0,03 c/share in Q2 or Q3. And the outlook is TREMENDOUS !!!! Not earnings but FUTURE EXPECTATIONS driving the stock Not to forget that the earnings (already !!!) are explosiv: In 1998 IFCI revenues grew 190% to $105 million and EPS increased 170% to $.45. This year, the Company has expressed comfort with a further increase of 75% to $180 million in revenue and at least $.60 in EPS. Otis Bradley, an analyst at Gilford Securities estimates $0.85/sh and $360 million in revenues in year 2,000. Given that record and given that the explosion in Internet usage is really what is driving its business, what PE would you award to a record like that? A least 30? Maybe 40? Maybe 80 ? More? Good, then hold onto that thought, buy Intl. FiberCom and let it happen Already AeroComm has bids out there on over $100 million worth of contracts, and is confident of landing several T will propel IFCI with 200 – 300 Mio $ Contracts per year Finally, get the TOTAL picture !! In total, this nationwide upgrade is expected to cost more like $45 billion and take years to complete, if it ever ends. IFCI is now the third largest independent, publicly traded company doing this kind of work, behind MasTec and Dycom. Highlighted again !! $ 45 BILLION and IFCI is now the third largest independent, publicly traded company doing this kind of work In short, it is finally all coming together. IFCI is riding the wave of telecommunications infrastructure build-out sweeping the country due to the Internet phenomenon (doubling every 100 days), the Telecom Act of 1996 and the need to upgrade the nation's strained/outdated telecommunications systems. With all this in mind it's no wonder that we go for the records right now: Till now we have: Highest daily closing price 9 1/4 Highest weekly closing price 9 3/32 Highest monthly closing price 8 13/16 All time intraday high 9 3/4 We broke the highest monthly closing price with 9 3/32 two days ago ! TODAY it's possible to break the highest daily closing price 9,25 TODAY it's possible to break the highest weekly closing price 9 3/32 TODAY it's possible to break the All time intraday high 9,75 This stock will break out, and who knows how high it will go (40-50-60-70.............) EXCELLENCE THROUGH LIGHT ! HERE WE GO ! Charly
