Mike,

This is not a criticism of Ross Perot, but a 3rd party non-politician was able to get himself into serious contention for president partly because of the dissatisfaction that existed due to one of the mildest recessions we have had. At 20% unemployment and housing and stock prices busted in half, there's going to be a lot of very unhappy campers out there. This generation is 100% convinced that those kinds of things aren't possible anymore.

I'm glad my insights are limited. I am probably wrong, but I am still concerned. I hope you're right.

Wayne

Mike, didn't they teach you in Whoreton that there shall be no more depressions due to enlightened economic policy. What is odd is that central planning has been proven a failure - like the Austrians predicted and yet we expect the Federal Reserve to be able to control the economy . Yes to most it seems to have worked but there is trouble brewing we shall see. Mike
