KM, the only two times the OEX has closed on the outside of it's 20 day bands from the october lows were 11/23 and 4/8.

The last two days we have closed outside the upper band, this is another measure of how overbought we are besides the vix & p/c ratios.

Can we go parabolic and make 730-740 oex like some of my targets are telling me, i think that depends on the reaction to the eco numbers.

<Those Eichler houses have been featured in Metropolitan Home several times in the past
few years as makeovers, which probably adds to their cachet.>

Some folks even furnish them in 50s decor - you know, plastic chairs, TV antenna, the works!

<They're tiny, too - like
1100 -1600 square feet.>

Not quite that small - 1300 to 2500, I believe. The 950k model must have been a larger model. Don't you live in Kansas City or St. Louis or someplace? When some relatives from the former came to visit us and found out what our house was worth, they quietly gasped and politely turned their gaze to the ground in disbelief <g>.

<Oh well, when the next bust cycle comes out there, maybe some of us who made a
fortune shorting the market can buy one in a foreclosure sale.

Kidding, I don't wish that on anyone. >

You're mean. <g>
