Bully,

I got my real "McCoy" to my satisfaction.

Yes sir; Luke, Kate, Little Luke, Grandpa Amos, even "Pepina" sitting in my Wachovia accounts.

No "onus" here, thank-you very much.

Stan

I'm wondering

if one could hold a firm .40 cent average price for 7 weeks??

If so how much volume could come in and cover any type of shorts there were? So soon the TA may give the "all clear" and what will the new topic be? A drill program that will bring back the message.

Time will tell..... yet so will the action.....

BULLY:

The dividend is not alleged but real. I have my REGISTERED dividend shares in GOLD, but the other 80% of
shares due me are in "street name" and until the DTC is able to present the correct share balance no dividends
will be given to shareholders of MDHM (owners as of May 7, 1999). They are unable to do that at this time
and the company, in order to protect shareholders of record for MDHM, will not hand out dividends on a first
come first serve basis for the "street name" accounts. This is a major problem for the short sellers since they
may be able to present MDHM shares to the investors who rightfully deserve them( by buying them in the
open market), but they cannot present the GOLD dividend to those same investors in most cases because the
dividend date has passed by. In my opinion, this is why we don't have a resolution of the imbalance problem
after seven weeks.
It is the company's responsibility to see that the dividend is paid, however, they must see that the dividends
are paid correctly, and this they cannot do with the DTC is disarray with a large imbalance in MDHM stock
and consequently an imbalance in GOLD. It's one thing to be circumspect with small BB stocks, it's quite
another to ignore the facts.
