I agree re: Grizzard and its fit with MSGI. Grizzard not only represents the Salvation Army but some of its other non-profit clients include the American Red Cross, state sheriffs' organizations and animal humane societies across the United States. Grizzard serves an impressive and varied roster of corporate clients: retail, consumer, business-to-business and individual companies. Many can be found in the Fortune 500. With $120+ million in annualized billings Grizzard is the 8th largest in the industry. grizzard.com The acquisition of Grizzard would be a significant move towards consolidation of this fragmented industry, which is clearly a part of MSGI's goal/vision.

Grizzard Communications Group is a vertically integrated network of marketing communications companies. The entities include: Grizzard - A Direct Marketing Agency; TABS Direct, our production company; and the recently formed Grizzard List Services. The network also includes commonly owned companies such as Caswell/Zachry/Grizzard, a nationally recognized major gifts consulting firm for nonprofit organizations, and Chicago-based marketer, CFM Direct. We employ nearly 500 people through offices in Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Orlando and New York. Corporate headquarters are located in Atlanta's Peachtree Center. And, our capitalized billings are approximately $120 million, which ranks us eighth-largest in the U.S.

Nice fit, i agree! What do ya think that would do to the stock price?
