Outstanding is around 20 Millions shares post split

How can this be Francoise? Even from the financials on ZSUN's website we see that there were over 10mm shares pre-split last year when ZSUN was reverse mergered. Who knows how many Reg. S shares they've conjured out of thin air, not to mention that they would have to mint some new shares for the OIA acquisition. Of course we don't know how many because they've never disclosed the acquisition terms. Facts are, if you believe the numbers they tout, OIA was a bigger, faster growing company than ZSUN so to be fair they would have had to dilute by at least 50%. Of course we both know if they ever get around to filing any numbers, that won't be the case, but there will be some dilution.
Now about those filings. You've been promising them since early April, the last I saw you post was July 27, now your back to mid July, which is it?
