Chop- originally I rated SCIL +2 of 6. Now I rate it +4 of 6. Message 10324842 I said I'll pass. However I did ioi for 400 in a flip account. I will accept allocations and hope for a pop. Since then, I am revising my analysis: Industry factor = still 0 Company factors = +1 (originally 0). I think that SCIL may capture a big part of its niche. It can execute effectively. It is first in its particular response to this need. Venture Cap = still 0. Some have said warburg is a good broker. They still are not a well-known vc player Float = +1 Underwriter = +1 Buzz= +1 (originally 0). SCIL was on CNBC, Businessweek. There's more activity on the thread. This may actually have some legs. Overall, +4 of 6. SCIL has legs. I just don't want it to price above $16, which is already on the high side. Hersh
