omeone on Yahoo baord called David Katz at Matrix Asset Advisors concerning his 3com pick on CNBC. His comments were :

1) Networking and Modem businesses are not working well together.
he feels 3com will either fix them or sell one of them.

2) Value of company is $40.00 to $50.00 a share

3) Feels 3com will at least meet their lowered expectations

4) He follows companies that have reasonable valuations and a well positioned long term view, with a 12-18 month time horizon.

I have partially covered calls that expire in July. They are deeper in-the-money (25). I am hoping for a further short term pull back.
